Tracking Reports

Tracking reports keep you updated on your program’s success.

Your database is constantly updated with the new sign-up forms and redemption information that you send us. Every quarter you’ll receive a detailed report (like the sample below) providing you with your program’s profitability. Our reports show aggregate results as well as breaking them down into individual zip codes. You’ll know the:

• Number of invitations mailed
• Percent of invitations redeemed
• Average sale per redeemed invitation
• Gross revenue and more, down to your return per dollar invested
