Our program rewards your existing customers with a free entrée. This offer motivates them to bring family and friends, and to truly celebrate by ordering valuable add-ons to their meal.
The birthday invitation program works because your offer is only sent to existing customers and is truly perceived as a gift. This is not a “coupon” that only attracts bargain hunters.
The gift of a complimentary entrée is the offer that gets results. We know this from years of testing and tracking, and all it costs you is the food cost of one entrée. In our experience, a birthday 4-top is more profitable than a regular 4-top, even after this generous gift.
Controls that protect your upside:
- Maximum price limit. We recommend covering about two-thirds of the entrées on your menu. Your customers can pay the difference for more expensive items, helping to cover the food cost.
- Exclusion of certain holidays. Most restaurants exclude Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and New Year’s Eve. But you may choose any ones you wish.

- Not valid for take-out orders
- Limited to one per table
