Your servers hand a custom-designed sign-up form to each customer at the end of their meal, informing them that you have a gift for them on their birthday. You send the completed forms back to us in postage-paid envelopes that we provide.

We print and mail personalized birthday invitations with your restaurant’s logo so they are received by your customers roughly 2 weeks before their birthdays. Your birthday card invites each customer to receive a free gift when celebrating their birthday with you. We even mail belated birthday invitations to customers who just missed their cut-off date, so you and they don’t have to wait a full year to benefit.

Customers redeem their birthday invitations by bringing them to your restaurant when they come to celebrate their birthday. Your server fills in the 2 boxes on the back of the redeemed invitation, providing us with the number of guests and total amount spent. Then you send the redeemed invitations back to us in our postage-paid envelopes, so we can update your database and report results back to you.
